Having lived in Dubai for over a year, we truly got on a considerable amount of ethnic plans from all over – it helped that the city is so ethnically different! This serving of mixed greens was shared by a dear companion of mine and tastes stunning. Straightforward fixings, yet pressed with flavor!

One thing we adore about Persian plates of mixed greens is that the fixings you requirement for the servings of mixed greens are so fundamental, the greater part of you would as of now make them lie around in the house. INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 3 cucumbers
  • ½ medium white onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 cup finely chopped mint
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Deseed the tomatoes and chop them into bite size cubes. Dice the cucumbers as well.
  2. Finely chop the white onion and set aside.
  3. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper together and give a quick whisk.
  4. Toss all ingredients together and serve fresh.
