These stacked potato tot sticks are so yummy and they're so natural to make. This is such a fun and basic hors d'oeuvre formula!
I know I simply posted a potato formula a week ago, yet I had loads of remaining fixings, so I figured I should go through them and do another! You may see that this formula is quite like the simple prepared potato skins I made a week ago. But then so unique! Who might have believed that potato tots would make such a marvelous tidbit!?
What's more, they're flavorful. Perhaps excessively scrumptious. I had 4 stacked potato tot sticks for lunch yesterday. Maybe not the most calorie cognizant decision, however YUM. I dunked them in acrid cream and each chomp resembled paradise on a stick.
Indeed, even my multi year old adored them. We ate the remaining sticks with supper the previous evening and she resembled, "Amazing, mother, these are great!?" They're fussy little eaters so she was astounded that she preferred it. You know, in view of how extravagant they are.

- Tater Tots (about 48 pieces)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
- ¼ cup real bacon bits
- 1-2 green onions, chopped
- sour cream
Instructions :
- Bake the tater tots according to the package directions. I baked mine at 425F for 28 minutes, flipping them once half way through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- When they're cool enough to pick up with your fingers, add 4 to 6 tater tots to each skewer.
- Place the skewers on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the tater tots, then the bacon bits, and finally half of the chopped green onion.
- Return them to the oven and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle them with the remaining green onions.
- Serve with sour cream.
