I saw chia seed smoothies at Whole Foods a day or two ago! The beverages looked so beautiful and reviving, yet they were a piece too costly to even consider splurging on.
In spite of the fact that I constrained myself to leave the beverage path, I continued longing for them at home. I know, I know, typical individuals don't more often than not dream about chia drinks.
Since I couldn't get the fascinating beverages out of my head, I chose to bring matters into my very own hands and make my very own watermelon chia seed smoothie at home!
Chia seeds love to absorb and hold in water, so I figured blending it with a delicious watermelon would be a match made in hydration paradise.

- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cups watermelon chunks
- 1 cup strawberries
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 1 inch ginger
- 1.5 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all of the ingredients together.
- Serve in a glass filled with ice!
